What do you mean by 'shitty'?
Maybe it the traffic came from a low quality viewers who has a high chance that won't take an offer. something like that.

But, mylikes can be used just to pump viewers?
For example, if you want to pump Google Analytics, you can buy one visit for one cent and it will show in GA?
Mylikes can increase alexa rank?
Is that traffic real visitors or someone's messing with a bot, and changing IP addresses?
When I did mylikes advertising, I paid 1 cent clicks but 100% of them were bots. I've looked through my analytics none of them showed any engagement.
That was several months ago though.

I used mylikes and it actually wasn't to bad, like others said, you get what you pay for. I was pay $0.02 per visitor though, I had the high quality goin

Yep, i've had posts go 'viral' while promoting and I was paying .01 per click, but eventually the cost went back up.
