Hi guys.

Ok, so here's the thing. I'm planning on selling on ebay getting the buyer to pay for items that will be purely drop shipped. Hence my shipping times will be long.

Has anyone ever tried this? Do you think a long shipping time puts people off or its more about what kind of feedback you get?

It's a great way to get neg feedback lol

Work with a local dropshipper and if you can't find a decent one who dropships the products you want contact wholsalers and ask them if they are interested.
Most wont bother to reply but some will do it.

With times as hard as they are wholesalers are much more open do ideas like these. I've even seen a few who have started amazon stores and retail sites selling directly to the public.

Dropshipping from China is usually a bad idea

That's a great idea about approaching wholesalers, but do you mean you've seen wholesalers set up retail sites/amazon or individuals being the middleman for the wholesaler?

Why is China a bad idea? They seem very efficient with communication.

Because the buyer expects the product to come from an western country and not in an envelope on wich they can see it came from China ;)

They immediately assume it is fake or low quality and they get the feeling they were scammed.
