Same problem here mate. Was selling at cost per conversion of € 0.50. Now it's more like € 100 with that fucking useless link clicks optimisation objective. Hope that this is only temporary. Worst time possible.

It also hugely depends on your proxies too.. I know you mentioned 4G but sometimes a 0.50$ ipv4 from Valar can be more effective and reduce ban chance

Hah never thought about selling them on ebay.. I live on a small island in the middle of the sea so shipping from AMZ to my country and my country to destination isn't feasible.. dropshipping not possible.. also the items aren't high value so margins would be very low and alot of competition...
