Noob question. Do sape links have to be indexed or as long as their linking to your tier 1 they'll pass the juice?

Do you suggest running them through aged web 2.0 such as tumblr, ect.? or with brand new ones?

They're more expensive because they are more powerful than the inner links.

I was told either-or would be fine to add SAPE links to. Is there an advantage web 2.0 over PBN? Or because it already has all the authority already, that's the advantage?

If you're using a buffer such as a PBN, does it matter if the links are relative or am I just looking for a powerful SAPE link since i'm running it through a buffer?
