I think you're probably better off creating a free tube site and finding affiliate offers to promote. maybe make the content free but require people to enter their email to view

are you trying to make a vendor or affiliate account. usually when trying to create products as a vendor you are subjected to a product approval

try to get leads to opt in on the LP instead of just using affiliate link CTA's.

you should try switching the CTA buttons to opt in boxes. then you can hammer the leads with email offers
