There really is no way to upscale a SD video HD. There may be some programs out there that may "help" but it will get blurry the bigger you make it.

In Final Cut Pro X you can import several videos and put a watermark layer over top of them all at once and export each video as separate clips. While one is rendering you can keep working and exporting. It's much faster than having to do it manually to each video.
