Thanks or the answer alxmax, I figured it would be that way since we are licensed with this softare but my question then is because it's a private API, could we banned from instagram because we, individually, are violating their "rules" by using the software in this manner?

I think Instagram is doing this in order to drive more towards their paid ad service which can drill down and target specific interests, etc

I sent an email to followliker support team but have yet to hear back from them about this. If i get a response back on this, i can let others know...
