I am guessing no one that's posted has a refund policy and thus the reason they are having all the issues. I am talking about a refund policy within a signed contract specifically for services businesses, not digital products / products.

Like I said Kotton grammer posted a very specific refund policy for services purchased through paypal. Specifically when the customer goes through their credit card company to do a charge back and then the credit card company files charge back to paypal.
