I always thought it was because it can give higher page power to a certain page while unplanned. For example the home page refers to it multiple times, wordpress sidebars etc suddenly a page has 70 incoming follow links while the home page gets 20.

Ive read in multiple guides that they do this, however doesn't google bonus you for correct usage of outgoing follow/nofollow links? Also how about internal links? Should i nofollow all links outgoing from homepage to other pages on my websites?

They drip feed new domains, so yes it is. I ordered one for a new website at them in April also.

If thats your main keyword, and your planning on building an authority website then its rather low on monthly searches. Its fine for an amazon affiliate site if its possible. Also, 28 isn't high nor low comp imho (slightly low), if this is your first website i suggest you to spend more time...

Yeah i kept my domain, i just cancelled after calling 60 minutes to from the netherlands to go daddy. Could have gotten premium hosting for the price of that call lol
