No I haven't ever had a pp or eBay account shut down.

there isnt a pp account associated with that ebay account. that is what i was told from the reps , but ya never know with them .. i sold a phone recently on another account ... and the buyer sent it back 3 weeks later and got a full refund , and the phone she sent back was not even the same...

why dont you just open an ebay account ?

i tried to appeal and it was denied because they said the buyer is protected ...

good luck , i had a buyer purchase a phone and they sent it back 3 weeks later and ebay gave them back there money , i recieved a different phone from them that doesnt work and ebay wont do anything at all !!

yes , that is what she told me , that they couldnt add limits because its an old account from before limits were the thing ..

i havent used in a while and listed something the otherday and there wasnt any limits listed on the selling page, so i called ebay to ask what the limits are and she told me that it was gradfathered and i didnt have a selling limit,

I have an eBay account from 2005 with no limits. eBay told me it was grandfathered. Only 45 feed backs and no use in the last year. Anyone know if it is worth anything ? Thanks
