It is commercial, so it wouldn't be fairuse. Second, it's not something I would be using in title / description so it wouldn't be visible to people looking at the videos, just keywords/tags so my video will show up when they search for a competitor of the same product. What I don't know is, can...

I know with google you can use all the keywords you want just not use the brand in your actual ad, is it the same with youtube? Can I put my competitors' brands as keywords/tags on my videos?
