You have to be careful with EMDs. It is easy to get caught in an over optimization penalty these days.

Websites don't get de-indexed for duplicate content.

I assume you have the non www links redirected to the www subdomain. In which case all the anchors will count.

Building links to them is the way to get them indexed. Some web 2.o properties are more easy to index than others in my experience.

Links are taking longer to index. It will be the same with all services. Instantlinkindexer is probably still one of the better ones.

It is taking a lot longer these days. Even longer than it did earlier this year in my opinion. I think link age is important, and links that are built are not releasing their full power for a long time. You have to wait months for links that are built today to have their true effect.

PBN links are more powerful. In some niches Web 2.0 links are enough, but if it is competitive then you need PBN links.

If you didn't get a single link indexed then those must be some very poor links your using.

If you don't want your clients to see the PBN links then you'll have to use a buffer.

If you can afford to buy lists you can probably afford to get gscraper or scrapebox and scrape your own. You could even get a cheap vps to do it on.

This is an old method that I think is not very strong these days. But you can try it and see.

It takes longer to see results than it used to for sure. You need a bit of patience sometimes these days.
