What is the purpose of scraping photos?

I'll obviously cater it to each post but give me a good example of a good cap if you don't mind.

Im in The fitness niche I have about 10,000 followers averaging only 200 to 400 likes per photo. I am curious if posting captions on each shoutout will bring more engagement to my page. I currently only post a pic, tag the person, and the only caption is their (at)pagename. Should I be saying...

I am in that niche, with about 9500 followers, I average about 200-300 likes per photo. There are good days and bad days. I recommend just changing up your followliker often. I stalled out for a week or two, but its picking back up.

Really? I just post about 10 pics a day and all I ask is that people follow me in return. Am I posting too many in one day? whats a good price? 5 dollars?

That happened to me. I had unfollowed a significant number, maybe 500 or so. and All of those were added back, but a few mins later it was back to normal.
