Yeah, it could be a issue of the country that you are in. But also if you have already used the same promo codes a few times already from the same network or gd account, it may not let you. Try google to search for more, and usually from retailmenot or fatwallet has more promo codes.

I believe they swapped out the email support for the chat support. The chat support should be better, as you don't have to wait like 24 hours for a email reply to a question.

Yeah, not bad. If you wanted to use Wordpress, they have the managed wordpress hosting on their site. It is better management than just installing the app yourself.

GoDaddy is fine for customers, and I haven't had a problem. For the most part you get what you paid for. I don't like their expired domain process either. But hosting, I haven't had an issue.
