You might be able to find some gigs on freelancer sites. fiverr. freelance. etc

There are some great there, and there are some great here. I would be very careful with the gigs over there, they can sometime make more damage than help you promote the page.

Where the link is posted, and many other parameters such as: Keywords, content relevant to the link, how many links on the page, etc...

It is not easy with Yelp as it is with others. They really built a powerful Algo, and they rather have a filtered review than a none authentic one.

What is up with IPAGE hosting? The renewal cost 4 times the original price. Keep an open eye on renewal prices!!
