It is not safe to blast your money site. What if Google will penalize you? With tiered structure you have got better chance to keep your money site in rankings.

IMO you can call yourself however you want, but make sure your web-hosting servers are located in US and sites are well-optimalized for loading speed. People hate new slow websites.
