Drowning out the negatives with positives can backfire. First, angry reviewers might come back to call out the 'fakes'. I've seen this happen with other businesses. Secondly, if you submit a batch of positives within a short timeframe, it'll look obvious. My suggestion would be to stagger them...

I did that (language and location were set to UK on both) and still, results are radically different. Semrush's analyses are usually at odds with what I get on KW tool and Spyfu... thinking of cancelling my subscription for Semrush.

I just ran a bunch of high volume / low competition keywords through Semrush's keyword difficulty tool. At least half were over 90% ranking difficulty. According to Google KW, they are all easy to rank.
