Well nulled themes are not really safe (backlinks to the spammy websites + security issues) . But instead of wordpress, you could use mentioned or another open classified script. Buy some adequate hosting and use the rest for backlink package.

Update 24.6 So i started to build the site. I downloaded a pretty nulled theme and did a little bit of seo. I will soon drive a lot of fake traffic to the site. I also found some plugin called xCommenter which generates fake comments. So that's pretty much it for today. I will post some stats...

As many of you said, my goal is pretty low and that's because i didnt really make some money in IM ever ( i tried few times ). When i will reach this goal, i will more forward invest more money to my projects and will set my goal higher. PS. Even that 10 dollar a week will be a big win for me...
