The backlinks language is the Google algorithm. As long as your language matches between each tier then the language doesn't really matter IMO.

Is there one that stands out of all the softwares out there? I remember TBS was great a few years ago but didn't have time to research if it's still the case today or something better came out? I know nothing is perfect but what's the best right now in your opinion?

What about the hosting...if I host it on my same plan as money site it will have the same IP right? Should I get a new host for that domain or is that not very relevant?
