What is with all the services not working lately?

I'm looking for someone who can create a Youtube flagging bot as my private google+ hangouts keep getting raided by a specific select few people who watch me on Youtube. I guess they're using a program called snagsnitch or something in order to get into my video calls privately, in any case...
