Until I find a better solution I'm buying sim cards for $2, topping them with $10 (min amount required) to activate and receive verifications. You can find sims that remain active for 90 days too which is a bonus. It's not ideal but since I'm not in the US it's difficult to get ph #s any other...

IMHO Australia .... BUT when you're involved in internet marketing then I'd say the USA is probably best. I travel to US at least every year (from Oz) just to network / attend seminars....which are not offered over here.

I'd like to throw a few more questions out there for ya - many thanks! How long do you "age" your accounts for (if at all?) before scaling up? What increments do you scale up your ad spend / over what time period? Is there a way you can delay manual reviews? ;)
