There is a spammer on my website and he constantly changes IP addresses every second to spam. But if you look at his IP address, it goes over 300 - which is invalid as IP addresses range from 0 to 255. One of his IP addresses was: 114.22.394.361 Wtf is going on? How is this possible?

Im looking for a quality offshore host and these guys have a plan called strongbolt hosting that gives me a private DNS and private IP. That seems awesome but I cant find any quality reviews of these guys. Does anybody use shinjiru hosting? Are they reliable?

I probably shouldn't say cause then I'll be making it easier for everyone to find my real host ;) I'm sure you can find it out with a google search. Right now I wanna know about the consequences of ignoring DMCA warnings.
