Low competition in adwords means there's not much/no bidding war with your competition. this should be a go, depends if you happy with the traffic numbers then all ok. if not you can play bulk. High competition kw is usually (not necessarily) high converting/traffic keywords.

Yeah but usually pbn domain will not able to match keyword you targeted. does the domain name need to be contextual also ? or just the content ?
