This is insanely frustrating. Day one with a new client and I followed only 60 accounts with 100-120 delays and it got locked. It's like theres no formula to it and its just random. Does anyone have any idea how to avoid this, I don't get it.

There has to be a formula for not getting this though. Some of my accounts get this every few days, and some never get it. I think it may have to dow with running multiple automation apps and programs on the account. Would that make sense?

I recently upped my instagram limits to like between 500-800 photos per day at a 45-65 sec interval and follow 400-800 accounts per day at 25-30 sec intervals but got my password reset. I've never had a problem with the time intervals so I assume upping the amount of likes or followers to 800...
