Thanks Panther, but what about name and address and the fact I am already banned under my name and address? Could I use any random address and use a PO box for my return address? Does the VPS have to be close to the address being used? Grateful for all help :)

Yeah it really is a lot trickier than ebay it seems. With the ebay stealth accounts how do you get multiple paypal accounts?

Thanks for the advice, but from what I have researched Amazon is way stricter with this kind of stuff, even tracking email and checking for inventory matches and such.
