Ordered 250k likes, delivered around 90k, asked for refund and was given it, the quality of the likes is good, however he couldn't handle the volume of likes in the time given, if ordering a small quantity of likes, would use, however for bigger orders, it seems can't handle the volume right now.

I have filed a dispute with paypal but so far no response, this would be easier if the recipient just returned the money, but so far no dice, also trann123 has blocked me on skype, so i cannot contact him anymore. As OldSalt said, it is quite unbelievable that one could skype a wrong payment...
