I think that's what I'm going to do. I'm talking to an AM at Adscend Media to see if offline leads are allowed. A domain and flyers will cost me about $15-$20. That means I have to get more than 20 leads to make my money back. Seems like kind of a gamble, but its all about taking risks.

Go with Wordpress! Those website builders will hurt you more than it will help you. Wordpress is really to install and use. There is also a big user base, so I don't think you'll have any trouble.
