Are you saying you have an MCC with banned accounts and they allowed you to open others? I have a banned account and also an MCC. The MCC says nothing about being banned but I've obviously associated the two accounts by logging in on the same PC etc.

Ya, I figure that's my only option. I just want to exhaust all other avenues before doing that.

We don't owe them any money. Dispute? I've been back and forth with their support many times. I don't know of anyone personally that got their account back just by calling them up.
