I wonder why focus only on Kindle... If a books sells well in the Kindle store it will on the Apple store too. Also a printed version (books-on-demand). Btw this "method" isn't for me because i'm not a native english speaker/writer and the kindle sold not well in my country .-/

You can copy his niches and write similar books - but you'll not have the same success. Which method? Find a niche, write a book, done?! ;) I wrote already that the Kindle store is FULL OF CR/\P RELEASES. I would love to see some more success stories here but i doubt it.

Everybody can claim that... proof? I didn't say it's impossible but you didn't said which genres are working (just something with reports/infobooks and erotics). And now we know that you are mostly focus on cook books. That doesn't mean that everybody here will start writing cook books now ;)
