Couldn't you always create a few stealth accounts and then list some items for dirt cheap prices, so the fee is almost nothing, and then give yourself good feedback. Age these buying accounts, and then few months later use them to sell... ? Could you get linked doing this?

If you were paying taxes you can claim everything back on your expenses anyway. but if your earnings are in another's name, how do you prove YOU earned them? Do you need to show them any thing of the sort?

I have dealt with a few scammers who had good feedback. These accounts were most likely hacked into though. Invoice him, and then wait until you receive payment. Report the member to eBay if you don't receive it.

Australia eBay allow buy it now option for new accounts, but you can't increase the Quantity. In the past I've had Nigerian scammers buy the item without actually buying it... so it wastes time, and you have to re-list. I use the auctions initially.
