You can upload, but you cant make money from it, you need to be in the gaming network, they have licenses, but not for all the games. I read somewhere , that you cant upload cinematics from gta IV , unless its mission or something.

What about websites like vagex , where people actually watch your videos? I know you get mobile views and you dont get paid, but is it alright for partners? for example you need 1k views for month, you got 900, so you go to website like vagex and get another 100. Does it count like boting ?
