ok, I answered my own question on the fee. Apparently, it's $29 to list an established domain and $9 to list a new one. Still would like help on weather I should list this or not. Thanks

Watley...thanks for the suggestion, but I currently don't have ftp access because the domain is hosted by an allfiliate.

I'm not sure I can because I had to verify my affiliate account by phone and I wouldn't want the buyer having access to my personal information. I have to find some other ready made content I can put on the site to flip it.

Thanks Nik. I actually put a white label affiliate site on the domain and I'm gonna try to drive some traffic to it. Any suggestions as to the best way to generate the traffic?

unfortunately it was only the domain. I got it from a deleted domains list so that's probably the reason for the indexed pages.
