Thanks CloudTap. But what will happen if I make a copy of the website? Assuming I'll need to host them on one or more of my domains, Google will get angry at me - will it actually harm the original website? (which has been in existence for around 4 or 5 months).

I'm not sure whether the hosting company is based in Malaysia or India.

Actually, I now have an additional bonus: what if I wanted to do what I asked (find a tool that is the best for creating many back-links to a website), however, I want to do it in a way that will irritate Google and get that website in trouble? Will REALLY appreciate your help. V

Yep, I have. Just shows me the name of the hosting company, and as said, they refuse to divulge the owner's entity (even after a lawyer sent them a letter). They are not based in the US, so don't fear lawyers... I think the only thing I have left is some black hat methods. Please - anyone -...

I'm also pursuing this legally, but so far it's not working as the hosting is out of the US and the hosting company refuses to reveal its owner.
