Do you sign up with a domain name company with fake information? i.e you'd have multiple Godaddy accounts with different name and addresses? I've just been using domain privacy/guard across a couple of registrars but I guess that's not enough?

Pick a broad niche with plenty of ways to monetize like health. Build a massive site with 100's of pages of high quality content. Allow a year for it to start giving you a return but after this it will pay you for years and years. See a case study here...

I'd build an authority site and use the money to buy high quality content. $5k would get you a years supply of quality content. Add CPA offers in your niche, Amazon products, Adsense etc. Allow a year for a return on investment. Could quite easily make $5k a month in a year, then build another....
