im guessing because people are too lazy to type in an address.. i suggest branding the video with instructions to click the link in the information bar.

That would be hard considering annotation links are refreshed and disabled by the users. as well as having a specific code on each video. there is no way to automate that, let alone crack it.

ahh, well sometimes if you post "great video" on several different videos, youtube might think it is spam. being the same message.. or even a bunch of comments in such a short period of time.. its not people clicking spam, but rather youtube thinking you are spamming

yes, when you make the annotation, you will see a chain link in the options, click that and scroll down to "channel" after that, you will just put in your channel and it will link to your page.

no, they do not review spammed comments, they do however review complaints. So if you said something threatening or racially offensive, they might review it and ban you, but that is unlikely. If you are just spamming websites or something like that, you will just be marked as invisible.

no, links in annotations are only enabled for in-site linking. You can not link to an outside source.

you mean flagging? you can get flagged a million times, but youtube has someone review the content before taking it down as far as the Spam on your comments, all that means is if someone spams it enough times, it becomes invisible to keep others from seeing it. you will not be deleted for your...
