Google now has an site policy that if you provide government products or services you now have to offer the government link and government price NEXT TO YOUR GOD DAMN call to action button. Mother fuckers.

When you are thinking of offering a product as an affiliate, do you have any minimum Monthly Local or Global search requirements? If it is a high/medium/low competition product? CPC maximums? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have a problem with Rule#2. I have around 30 keywords running that average $1.50-$3.25 max CPC. However, I have 1 keyword with a max CPC of $9.00. If I set rule to to $9.00 won't all my keywords now have a max CPC of $9.00? Any help would be appreciated. I spend waaay too much on Adwords.
