So after trying this a bunch of different times, reading through the whole thread and still not finding out what i was doing wrong, I finally realized something. If you go to "why my ads aren't running" or whatever it says, you still need to enter billing information in order to have your ads...

What's killing me is all my ads have the green light next to them but they just say "eligible" and not "approved" or whatever it's supposed to be. Grrr the wait is killing me they said up to three days for my ads to get approved.
