    Guys: Kindle is the Ticket!

I have two erotica titles, with a third under review, that I've put up in the last week since reading this thread. I've done no free days yet, though I plan to start cycling through when i get to five titles (hopefully early next week). They've sold seven total copies in the first seven days...

    Guys: Kindle is the Ticket!

I do not agree with you that it was blind luck. There are numerous cases of self pub writers who are making mad income. I am seeing that many of these authors, as they get beyond 12-15 longer works (novellas and novels) per pen name, it really starts to take off. The key is write a lot, and...

    Guys: Kindle is the Ticket!

Yes, you do take them out of the market briefly to add the new links to your backlist. Stagger them one at a time so you are obviously not pulling ten books off the market at once to add your links.

    Who are musicians here?

Singer, Songwriter, Guitar Player for 27 years. Have played bass in some bands too, but since it's not a real instrument, you can ignore that statement. :P

Yet Another Kindle Journey - to $100K

Been playing Mr. Mom this weekend with my wife out of town. Three year old triplets running me ragged, however I've done a few things in a positive direction. I used Dragon to narrate the first draft of an Erotica book. Draft is 5000 words with various cues interspersed to flesh out the...

Yet Another Kindle Journey - to $100K

^ tl;dr, yeah I know. I also wanted to add that I will be adding non-fiction books into this as well. I think profit potential and life cycle for fiction is superior to non-fiction, however, because my experience and skills are in non-fiction, I don't want to give it up.

Yet Another Kindle Journey - to $100K

Inspired by recent threads regarding Kindle I thought I throw my hat in the ring and start my own. Granted my past is riddled with two failed journeys I think I got caught up in chasing money doing things that I wasn't particularly interested in him. My problem is unless marker then I am a...

This made me think a little bit this morning. Is money everything?

For those working the 16-20 hour days, you may want to read The One Thing by Gary Keller. It's a newer book, short read (130 pages or so). Teaches you to find the highest priority tasks in your business (and other areas of your life). Has me re-evaluating a everything as I have offline...

[Journey] White Hat Authority Blog From the Ground Up

For part of my content strategy I am using a couple of more plugins and I am also using IFTTT. While I have it set up and working correctly with much trial and error, I am hoping that I am describing it correctly. First things first, I install the free plugin Wordpress Editorial Calendar...

[Journey] White Hat Authority Blog From the Ground Up

I spend much of the weekend with my kids but can typically squeeze in an hour here or there. I don't make specific plans for my business on weekends, let's put it that way. But I have been working on a rather long list of tasks that I should consider over the next few months of my site. Some...

[Journey] White Hat Authority Blog From the Ground Up

I get caught up quite a bit in the work that I forget to write down what I actually did. So I'll try now. Today was foundational work for setting up a system whereby I have content to share on social media. Some of this content will also be featured as news items on my actual blog. We'll get...

[Journey] White Hat Authority Blog From the Ground Up

It occurs to me that I should be keeping track of costs, revenue and even hours spent here, which may be helpful down the line as I get into trying to reuse this system. Total Costs - $193.26 (hosting, registration, and Elegant Themes subscription) Total Revenue - nada, so far. Total Hours...

[Journey] White Hat Authority Blog From the Ground Up

Day 1 - As I said in the first post, I bought the URL which has 6 letters in it, and it sounds like a brand. I'd camped out on GoDaddy auctions for several days hoping I'd see something come out that already had some age on it and some DA/PA but I was seeing way too many...

[Journey] White Hat Authority Blog From the Ground Up

Starting a new journey here, to hopefully focus myself a bit better on one thing at a time, plus, if I can get this pinned down as a successful system, I plan to rinse and repeat for a few other broad niches that I'm very interested in. For this journey I've chosen a very challenging niche...

    I got this from BHW??

I got it too. Would be interested to know if it's legit, seeing as there already is a BH forum that steals the best courses and shares from other forums and it is free.

Thank you for adding the Pastebin download for the links. Great list, but as others have said, many of these are not for me.
