I tried freelancer, fiverr, etc for small site developing tasks. All the hired men turned out to be good except for a few who chose to quit. I noticed that in that situation I am given store credit by fiverr and freelancer. This is what I do not want this time because I will have to spend a...
They have no policy on that. They only care if you are buying traffic. However, google's search engine guidelines have problem with it. You may check out this thread:

There are three rekinds. One is called plug and play. For this, you need only Wordpress. Sitemile has some themes for it. But note they don't give refund and although they promise customer support its hard to get them to reply to emails. There is still one guy helping people on their forum. For...
I have installed the Filezilla FTP client and I do see hostgator provided the access to their FTP server. But they literally have nothing on which files I should transfer to it. What makes things confusing is that their policy is saying we can't use their server for backup. Fair enough! But they...
I had a chat with a hostgator representative. He turned out to be useless. I asked him which folders to transfer from file manager. He said he was not understanding my question.
Thanks for the reply. The site I have made is for people to sign up and upload their graphics. I am using Wordpress.
I want to move to FTP, but I am confused about which folders to put there. Do I put only public_html one or all the folders I have at File Manager? Examples of the folders: ssl...
I used FTP long time ago. I forgot all about it. Recently, I got the business plan with hostgator. I didn't know my site's folder was gonna end up at File Manager. Someone else did it for me. Now I hear File Manager has limited disk space. My site will have graphics coming from other people. I...
I am planning to launch an online marketplace for physical goods by using wordpress, woocommerce and woo vendors. Haven't bought the theme just yet. This ecommerce field is new to me. I am trying my best to learn about it as much as I can. There is just one problem. Not a single tutorial talks...
Thanks everyone for the response. Yes, it seems the graphic buttons are extremely bad for seo. I am sticking to css buttons. At least the psycho girlfriend named Google is no more telling me my links are too close to each other.
I write contents which basically are connected to one another. My readers need to visit all or some of them when necessary. Under each article, I have to provide 11 links all the time. I usually put them in html table, but recently, it started to look "ancient" and "boring" to me. I experimented...
Not true. Twitter and G+ are still great. I don't care much about FB. But I do notice that Google prefers links shared through fan pages rather than profiles.
This is another reason. The number of shares can impact the way new visitors see the content because most people have sheeple mentality.
Social shares like google plus and tweets. As long as you keep it natural, you should see change in the rank. But it would occur after a few weeks. When I say natural I mean drip freed.
I have been noticing that people now actually go to 4th and even 10th page to look for stuffs. I tend to get visitors to one of my new sites this way. It just screams how the first page is useless. I must admit that I have started doing the same.
Google has grown so big that it now decides...
I was away from the site for too long. Just yesterday, I started using it again for social shares. Thought it improved. However, once I started running a campaign I noticed something bizarre about the social shares. Link Collider shows people did the liking and all, but other sites including...
Whether too many sites are on the same GWMT doesn't make much difference unless one of them gives the "reason" to be suspecious of the rest. However, if I remember correctly, the whistle blower from Google said that they do use data from google analytic to penalize sites.
