What if you sell a site to someone and you deliver the code then they decide to dispute the sale? Now they have the code and even if they "return" the code they still have all your hard work. How much does escrow services protect against this? Seems like a slippery slope.

Found the site MyCookbook on flippa and I'm interested mainly for recipes and user data. Is it worth $22k though? How do you value member information and content? The site was only $10k this morning. Someone sees big value in it.
