One thing I really recommend is using mindmapping software such as mindmanager or any todo type program to really plan out and map out your method, I can't even begin to describe the amount of value this has added for me.

Looks really good but needs a header, logo and maybe a slogan. Also the light blue type on the titles on the right is almost impossible to read, change the font and maybe the color to darker, idk but definitely change that font it's horrible.

Fivver is your best bet here. If you have adobe illustrator it's a cinch to do it yourself, as long as your original image is pretty tight, theres a tool that automatically changes any bitmap image into a vector.

It;s my understanding that you can purchase ads from people who have targeted lists themselves, so you have to choose someone whos list is a similar target audience as your niche.

I'm a graphic designer myself and I fully recommend using photoshop, a mix of photoshop and illustrator shoud be all you need to create ant design you need, with photoshop there's a learning curve, do a few basic youtube tutorials on how to use layers and selecting.
