I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to add a "read more" button to display hidden text. The key is that I need to be able to include multiple read mores in a post. For example, if I had 100 images to display, I want to show 20 images and at the end of those have a "Read more" button...

It definitely needs to be spread around. Find your top 3-5 competitors, and mimic their ratio of homepage links vs inner page links. This ratio will vary from niche to niche.

It's all about your listing - your title, description, keywords, etc. Beyond that, you've got to do your own marketing. I like to post my listing in some Internet Marketing Facebook groups. Usually does the trick.

And be careful promoting Clickbank products with Facebook Ads. Lots of stories of people getting banned. Unless you're going black hat, in which case, no worries there.

No idea. You'll have to figure out why. Just do lots of testing. New content, different types of content, mix up the types of content (images, videos, blog posts, links, etc). Beyond that, make sure you're not spamming or using a fake account or anything like that. Good luck.
