Traffic travis is a one time fee of under a hundred. With a dozen private proxies I check on thousands of phrases... much cheaper than other options if you have the ram for it.
Getting suppliers and building a big store is a much better long term play, but like most long term plays it takes lots of time and money. My most recent big store (6 figs in sales, SEO traffic only) took 9 months and 20K until i was out of the red...

I definitely got a penalty on one of my sites, but it's not a manual penalty. Can I still disavow links and submit for reconsideration? I looked on my WMT and I couldn't find it, but I haven't spent much time there in the past. thnx
sounds like capitalism at work to me. If I were you, I would rework the pitch to make your product sound better instead of bashing theirs. Most of the products I've encountered across the board are identical, it's the better sales team that wins the day.
The pages on the authority sites have less than 10 links... the domain probably has 100's of thousands of links. I have one eComm site that out ranks Home depot, lowes and the like. It's possible, but took me a year and 20K to get there. worth it though.
