I blasted one of my money sites before with AMR, Xrumer & SB. Ranking went up and was on 1st page for a few keywords, in fact, it drop when I stop. But this was a few months ago.

Try fiverr or use those YT exchange sites but comments can be off poor quality.

I used Fiverr before, it's cheap you can get 4-5 reviews for a gig from different IPs. But if you want quality review, then it might cost you a gig or two.

You can't use the same name & address as when you are banned before. You can use the same name but you will need a different address. Credit cards & bank account too. Depending which country you are from, you can easily open a forwarding address. Then use that address for Paypal, bank acc &...
