Yes PayPal are terrible. I remember hearing a story about how they forced a company out of business as they held over $30k of money. Unbelievable. I dont think you should have an affiliate link on your link.

CCleaner but it does take ages. If you are selling the hard drive on it is the only way I would trust. If you simply want to get rid, sledge hammer then cut up the ribbon bit :D
