I am not looking for top sites, I am looking for top PAYING sites! As in ones where clients pay above $30/hour on regular basis (elance is only one on that list).

In other words if someone left bad feedback but you talk it out and are willing to cancel the job and refund them will the feedback be removed upon cancellation?

I don't cancel jobs, this is a specific situation i'm concerned about. I have a good trackrecord there otherwise.

Odesk feedback system is not the same as Elance.

Are you sure about that, because I know for sure if you cancel a job with 100% refund to client they are not able to leave feedback. Does that change in the case of a partial refund and if it does how can it not impact your rating?

On Elance if you cancel a job and take a % of the money upon cancellation can the client still leave bad feedback? In other words you agree to refund 50% and cancel the job. When cancelling it gives you that option, can the client still leave bad feedback or is the job over at this point?

What exactly is impacted? From everything I've read it seems Google wants to keep SEO and PPC separate and bounce rate does not impact quality score. Is there something else associated with it?

Does bounce rate negatively impact my ranking or quality score? Why is it not recommended?
