The problem with buying some aged domains is their link profiles are awful which can actually make it very hard to rank the site. When buying any domain that's not brand new make sure you do the required amount of research or you could be wasting a lot of money.

thats why you need to always get the money up-front, you can of course destory his rankings and hack his site but it'll never get your money back

It's not because it's a .info however (from experiene) i have always found .com and .co.uk to rank the easyiest, no idea why. When you say "Not ranking" do you mean not in the top 1000 or just not where to want it to be?

Yeah i understand that but I have shown time and time again that you will make way more being an affiliate or selling your own product. I am not going to get into a debate but I just strongly believe adsense is the lazy guys way of monetizing a site (just my opinion) :)
