When you create a new project instead of listing the URL(s) you want to target just GSA it to build links to the verified links of the first Tier. Very simple to do. Actually you should down the trial and see for youself ;-)

Right Click on the Project(s) you want to get the submitted/verified link list --> Show URLs --> Submitted/Verified --> Done :D

I've also seen good SERP movements with article directory blasts. Make sure you use contextual links within the article body.

You definitely need private proxies when using BermanHosting. They no longer allow SEO tools running w/o private proxies. Make sure to get private proxies located in EU to reduce latency.

I have UNF and am pretty happy with it. Good for KW generation. It's competitive analysis is quite accurate but always make sure to double check with either Samurai or SEOMoz :)
