Directories are bad, stay away. They goal is to not see how many backlinks you can get to your site, its about consistency. A constant growth of content (on your site) and a continuous flow of backlinks to your inner pages not just homepage.
Ya I did search but it just gave a ton of things not relevant to what I was looking for. Also I'm much more comfortable using Javascript & Html than php.

What I need is a banner rotator that shows certain banners for specific countries.
Example:

Share with your G+ Circles and Twitter. The more people in your G+ circles the better, same for Twitter. When I make a new blog post on one of my main sites, I do this and it gets indexed usually under 12 hours.
If your trying to index 1-2 articles a day, then I would suggest Google +. Build up a profile, join circles, get people to join your circles. Then share the article through G and get it indexed before you go to bed.

Like others said its most likely a dance, but honestly I would have slowly posted them and not do it all at once. I would have added maybe 1 new article every 2-5 days randomly.
