Your sales pages and top informative pages should be written by a high quality writer. Your T1 or filler/blog pages should also be written by a quality writer but they could technically be spun/rewritten from other sources if you don't have the time/expertise/money to have that done.

I would imagine that any website with high quality relevant information and a solid SEO campaign is going to be able to detect and counter your negative SEO efforts. I would suggest you instead work on improving your site's rankings or diversify to other keywords before trying to target 10+...

I know that pointing fiverr gigs to a money site is risky but is pointing them to T1 pages also risky? Are they more suitable for T2 pages?
